In 1987, a young engineer looked out over the unrelenting sea and envisioned a way of harnessing the power of the ocean to save oil & gas companies millions of dollars through the pioneering of a unique marine growth control solution for marine structures. The same man, Christopher Do, established Innovative Engineering Ventures, or as it is commonly known, IEV, in Australia, to start commercializing his invention, the now patented and globally distributed "Ocean-Powered" Marine Growth Control Technology. What began more that 10 years ago as a far-reaching vision, rapidly grew to become a dynamic and successful corporate entity known as IEV Group of Companies. IEV today, has eight companies in the group and global network of subsidiaries in over twenty (20) countries throughout Europe, North America, the Middle East, the Far East and Australia.
Oil and Gas Engineering Division Since 1994, IEV has acquired exclusive representation agreements and entered into strategic alliances with International business partners to provide integrated maintenance products and services, and aggressively expand its operations throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
