The IEV Energy
Business Division ("IEV") has been established as
an energy provider to customers in Asia through its
development of mobile gas infrastructure throughout
the region. IEV utilizes a range of advanced and
cost effective technologies to produce, transport
and deliver Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) where traditional
pipelines are not available, practical or
economical. The virtual pipeline developed by IEV
is complementary to the fixed pipeline network and
enables customers without pipeline access to
utilize gas to lessen their dependence on liquid
fuels. Additionally, IEV assists customers to
monetize their stranded or wasted biogas by
converting these resources into power or a portable
and valuable form of energy. IEV provides equipment
and services to:
- Produce
CNG or LNG from pipeline gas and flared
gas
- Deliver
CNG or LNG to industrial, commercial, transport
(vehicular and marine) and residential
markets
- Convert
biogas from palm oil mills, land fills and
similar renewable energy sources to LNG or
energy to generate power
- Convert
fixed and mobile petrol and diesel engines to
natural gas
IEV also provides
consultancy and advisory services to governments
and private organizations on domestic gas solutions
and the promotion of natural gas as an alternative
energy to liquid fuels.
